Had a long stay. Peerless views of the sea. Nice and warm. Low water pressure but there is an electric shower. Delightful quiet location. Can't wait to return.
This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the mattress was excellent. There are great views of the harbour from most rooms. The breakfast was excellent, really nice ingredients. We had dinner one night in the restaurant and it was a superb meal. What really sets this place apart is the friendliness of the staff. I don't think I have ever been to a hotel where every employee seemed to take such genuine interest and pleasure in making you feel welcome and looked after. Coverack is such a lovely peaceful village to stay. This is definitely a place I will return to.
Stopped for coffee on a dog walk. Lovely garden seating area, and great view across Coverack beach. Order sandwich to takeaway - cheese n tomatoes was £12 each! But nice coffee and friendly staff.
I stayed 2 nights and all was perfect. The location is idyllic. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was also perfect. I can't fault anything. To top that, I am a gluten free, soy free, vegan which is always hard work for anywhere I go but I was fully catered for without hassle. Thank you.
A perfect, magical short break at The Bay Hotel, Coverack ....an absolute gem! (27-30 July 2025) Our experience was made all the more special by the genuinely friendly & cheerful staff team working there. Thank you so much for creating such happy memories for Leanne & I!! The Bay sea view room was really special, the large comfortable bed a big hit, the scrummy & hearty breakfast set us up for the day! Whilst we miss the Coverack vibe & The Bay Hotel...we are filled with great joy, knowing we will be back soon. Thank you so much Carol, Sarah, Caroline, Katie & all at The Bay Hotel.
Great place to stay! Nice rooms with comfortable beds, clean and cosy. Beautiful window view and the sound of sea bringing you to sleep. Friendly staff, very helpful (our luggage was already in the room when we arrived and with a walking tour it's the best upgrade you can get). And the food! Fingerlicking delicious! The Best on our route through Cornwall so far! Would defenitely stay here again.
A very pleasant hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast was great. There's a warm, family-like atmosphere. The view from the window was breathtaking. Peace and quiet all around. Thank you for bringing our suitcases to the room.
What a beauty of a hotel, we have passed this hotel for many years when visiting coverack. We had a little break with a long drive, but staying here was lovely. From the warm welcome, clean room, lovely food, service and dedicated staff, nothing was too much trouble. We even had a little treat for our dog. We will definitely be returning for another little stay. Highly recommend this place, such a beautiful place with sea views. Thank you very much for our stay.
